Aenduo is an Italian digital health company with a clear purpose: to make quality care reach people with chronic conditions wherever they are — not only where a clinic happens to be.

Since September 2025, Aenduo has been part of the SOL Group, pairing the agility and focus of a digital health company with the reach, stability and clinical heritage of a long-established multinational group — a combination that lets us grow responsibly, close to the health systems we serve.

Our Story
Aenduo was founded on a simple conviction: where a patient lives should never decide the quality of care they receive. That belief — care without geographic barriers — is the reason the company exists, and it still guides every decision we make.
From the start we chose the more demanding, more credible path: building to medical-device standards and integrating with the systems hospitals already rely on rather than asking them to start over. It is an approach reflected in AdvantCare®, device-agnostic by design and interoperable with the clinical environment — but the principle came before the product.
We are also a company that invests in evidence. We work alongside universities on research funded through public grants, because for us advancing chronic care is not a claim — it is something we measure, in real conditions, every day.
